“The pool would rather small, six people in it and there's not a lot of space left. No hot tub. The bathtubs are rather large, for an elder step in and out is not an easy feat.”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims……

“Older hotel and the age showed in the room. The washroom was especially rundown. The newer toilet was wobbly, the fan didn’t work and it was not attached very well or else there was previous water damage, some towels were stained. Small fridge, microwave and a/c. Control for it had a flashing battery and the fan ran constantly.”

“Room was clean but very dated, one member in the morning was very helpful, breakfast was very old and not warm at all. Eggs were definitely reheated from the previous day or two as was the sausage. Only ate a couple bite and tossed it. Then grabbed bread.”

“You get what you pay for just needed a cheap place to crash for the night I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the room that's for sure It's a definitely dated hotel in need of renovations and new furnishings”

“Stayed here on Saturday, July 11, 2026 as we were in town for a concert. Reservation was booked in advance. Upon arrival was notified that the restaurant was closed due to renovations which also extended to the games area (which were both selling features when reserved). Go to our room, it stank of cat urine and cat food. Badly. We put the air conditioner on and went to get our luggage from the car, when we arrived back in the room (Room 241), it stank worse than before. I guess the empty cans……
